Turns out we ordered the incorrect awning. Spoke to Leisure world group direct who talked us through what we needed. They changed our order and took the payment difference over the phone. We also ordered some other accessories. All was delivered in less than a week. 100% recommend this company

REALLY DISSAPOINTED, NO NOTIFICATION OF DELIVERY SO I WAS UNABLE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY. THE £674 ITEM WAS LEFT BY MY FRONT DOOR IN THE RAIN. ONE OF THE BOXES WAS DAMAGED WITH PARTS FALLING OUT OF THE END. ITEM IS GOOD AS WAS THE PRICE BUT THE DELIVERY SERVICE WAS AWFUL.
